    • Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.
  3. Refund Criteria:
    • Refunds will only be granted if requested within 30 days of purchase.
    • The course must not have been completed beyond a specified percentage of the total course content (e.g., 20%).
    • Refunds will not be issued if you have violated the terms and conditions or engaged in any form of academic dishonesty during the course.
    • The course must not have been purchased during a promotional or discounted period that explicitly states a no-refund policy.
  4. Refund Options:
    • If your refund request meets the criteria mentioned above, you will have two options: a) Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of the course fee to your original payment method. b) Course Credit: Opt for a course credit of the same value, which can be applied towards future purchases from Bijoux Brows Academy.
  5. Refund Timeframe:
    • Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
    • In the case of course credits, they will be applied to your account immediately upon approval.
  6. Access Termination:
    • If a refund is processed, your access to the course content will be terminated immediately.
