   • Provide your full name, email address, order number, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
   • Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.
3. Refund Criteria:
   • Refunds will only be granted if requested within 30 days of purchase.
   • The course must not have been completed beyond a specified percentage of the total course content (e.g., 20%).
   • Refunds will not be issued if you have violated the terms and conditions or engaged in any form of academic dishonesty during the course.
   • The course must not have been purchased during a promotional or discounted period that explicitly states a no-refund policy.
4. Refund Options:
   • If your refund request meets the criteria mentioned above, you will have two options: a) Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of the course fee to your original payment method. b) Course Credit: Opt for a course credit of the same value, which can be applied towards future purchases from Bijoux Brows Academy.
5. Refund Timeframe:
   • Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
   • In the case of course credits, they will be applied to your account immediately upon approval.
6. Access Termination:
   • If a refund is processed, your access to the course content will be terminated immediately.

Please note that this returns policy only covers online courses purchased directly from Bijoux Brows Academy. If you purchased a course through a third-party platform, please refer to their refund policy.
